In certain situations where access to the property is restricted, alternative arrangements may be necessary. For example, if there is no suitable route to safely remove the hot tub, a crane may be required to lift it over buildings or obstacles. This will always be assessed in advance before confirming any booking.

The safety and condition of your hot tub is extremely important to us. Before any move takes place, all hot tubs are carefully wrapped and protected to help prevent cosmetic damage or scratches during handling and transportation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the hot tub is completely emptied of water, disconnected from any power supply, and that clear access is available for removal.

When checking access at your property, please consider any obstacles that may prevent the hot tub from being moved safely. Hot tubs are typically transported vertically on their side, so it is important to check for any height restrictions along the access route.
